Steve Douglas
Training with a Passion
Steve Douglas is a training professional with over 25 years’ experience as a classroom instructor, training manager, and training institute director in the U.S. Army, public utilities, and financial services industry. Steve has developed and instructed curriculum in a wide variety of skills and subjects.
Steve received his BA in business management from William Penn University, along with a Master’s in Leadership Development concentrating in Human Resource Development from Drake University. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, with a focus on organizational culture.
Steve brings a wealth of experience in fields ranging from mechanical maintenance and OSHA compliance to home mortgage sales and fulfillment. The core of Steve’s passion involves developing, delivering, and managing challenging, realistic training. This training is not only job-focused, but also aligns with business objectives that change attitudes, develop skills, and increases knowledge within any organization.
